About Me

Hi, I’m Andre, a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a passion for building impactful products that make a difference. I’m originally from São Paulo, Brazil, but now reside in Central Florida with my wife Julia and our 3 boys, Henry (8), and the twins Ben & Leo (3).

My career in Product has spanned over a decade, with significant achievements in the tech industry. At Indeed.com, I spent nearly eight years leading various international products (mostly platforms) that impacted the way global job seekers look and apply to jobs. I developed and scaled some key products, including the creation of an internal no-code platform that enabled non-technical users to optimize Indeed’s sites across markets, driving better user experiences through data-driven insights and automated A/B testing.

One of my proudest accomplishments at Indeed was leading an experiment in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where I built a product to validate and scale resume screening services tailored for the local market. This initiative involved everything from hiring, training, and managing an Ops team to collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales.

Currently, at Housecall Pro, I’m continuing my journey by leading the HCP Assist product, developing our in-call agents (aka Virtual Assistants) internal platform, as well as customer facing features, including an AI-powered phone answering service, that not only creates customers but also transcribes and summarizes call notes for our users, allowing them to follow up with their customers seamlessly.

When I’m not working, I’m enjoying time with my family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. I also love talking about sports, technology, and personal finance (index funds, 401ks, IRAs etc). Additionally, I’m dedicated to mentoring international professionals in the U.S. tech industry, helping them navigate their careers and succeed.
